No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and course access has been granted, except for a duplicate or erroneous charge (see Payment Disputes below).

We encourage you to:

• Understand that teaching is 100% in Tamil
• Ensure you have the time commitment for 50 days

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the course:

• Contact our support team immediately
• We will work to resolve technical problems
• Access issues will be fixed, not refunded

Payment Disputes

In case of payment errors or duplicate charges:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction
• Provide transaction details and proof
• We will investigate and resolve genuine errors, which can include refunding the duplicate or erroneous charge
• A refund does not by itself change your access; if a purchase is refunded, we may remove the access it gave

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you:

• Violate our Terms of Service
• Share course content illegally
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users
