Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SparkTribe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Course Access

  • Premium plans give lifetime access to the content included in Premium
  • Basic and Pro plans give access to the content included in that plan for the period paid for (one month or one year), and can be renewed or upgraded
  • Purchases made before 19 May 2026 keep the access they were granted at the time
  • Access is granted to the purchasing account only
  • Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to revoke access for violations

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown at checkout is the amount charged
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
  • Premium is a one-time payment. Basic and Pro are paid per month or per year and do not renew automatically
  • Renewing or upgrading charges the listed price of the new plan. Unused time on a current plan is carried forward, not refunded
  • No refunds once purchase is completed, except a duplicate or erroneous charge (see the Refund Policy). A refund does not by itself change your access; if a purchase is refunded, we may remove the access it gave

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, PDFs, and materials, are protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Download, copy, or distribute course content (except resources we offer for download, for your own use)
  • Share course materials with non-enrolled users
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or modify the platform

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with platform functionality

6. Disclaimers

  • Course content is for educational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes
  • Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances
  • We reserve the right to modify course content

7. Limitation of Liability

SparkTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
